Giovanna (Gia) Scozzaro (she/her)

Hi! My name is Gia, I'm one of the Co-Coordinators of HenHacks 2025. I'm a junior Computer Science Major (BS) with a Concentration in AI & Robotics. On campus, I am one of the lead software developers working on Delaware's first satellite. I am also a part of the CPUs, a student organization that focuses on organizing events for the CIS department. Outside of school, I love to sing, roller skate, and sleep!

This is my third year working on the HenHacks Organizer Team; as one of the founding members, every year I wonder "how can this get any better?", and every year I am absolutely floored by how much we can accomplish- the sky is the limit!! I I can't wait to see what we can do together this year. I'm so excited to share this experience with all of you!

Ella Wilkins (she/her)

I'm a senior computer science major with a concentration in AI and Robotics and a minor in Women & Gender Studies. In my free-time i love crocheting, going to concerts, and watching documentaries! Some of my other involvements at UD are being the admin for CPUs, Head TA for CS1 (106/108), and the co-president of Glitch and Glam. I'm also involved with Greek life and UDance. I love HenHacks because I love seeing all of the creative ideas and projects submitted by students. My favorite part of being co-coordinator for HenHacks is working with so many brilliant minds in our department; I learn so much from them every day!

Jillian Camp (she/her)

I am a Senior Computer Science Major (BA) with a minors in French and Asian Studies. I joined the Computing Promotions Undergraduate Squad (CPUs) in the fall of my sophomore year, which led me to become one of the founding members of HenHacks as the sole graphic designer for the first event in 2023. Since then, the event has grown and so have I! I am excited to be working with an even bigger team of organizers and reach many more undergraduate student participants. Though I am pursuing a technical degree, I have a background in Fine Arts and I am very happy to have found a place on campus where my interests can come together for the good of the community! Aside from art and tech, I really enjoy cooking, running, and fostering cats with my roommates.

Ellie Dassoulas (she/her)

I am a junior studying computer science with a concentration in cybersecurity! I am also a student-athlete on the women's lacrosse team for UD and president of Athlete's InterVarsity! I love HenHacks because I was involved in something similar in high school and love seeing people come together throughout the CS community! It is so special to be a part of something bigger than myself in the computer science field.

The logistics committee is special because I cross paths with everyone and get to speak with a lot of people outside the university as well! It is a great experience getting to see the hackathon come together throughout the year, and see all the hard work pay off in March! We have a great HenHacks team which I am so thankful for :)!

Gia Diaz (she/her)

I am a senior Information Systems major with a minor in Cybersecurity. I love going to the gym, cooking, and being with friends. On top of being apart of Henhacks, I am a uTA within the Computer Science Department, a CPUs, and a member of RISE. What I love about Henhacks is that it allows for groups of people to come together and collaborate in order to create something targeted at certain problems! I love be able to budget for the entire event to ensure that there is the best quality of all parts that make up Henhacks!

Diya Shah (she/her)

Hello! My name is Diya Shah, and I am Senior Honors Computer Science major with a Minor in Community and Organizational Leadership. I do HCI research at Sensify Lab, was President of CS+SG the past two years, serve as an Engineering Ambassador for the College of Engineering, and am also head of treasury for the CPUs! Outside of CS, I enjoy traveling, trying out new restaurants, and photography! My favorite part of HenHacks is seeing the community building that happens across the two days - and of course, the amazing projects that come out of it!! I am one of the Finance Heads for HenHacks, and I work primarily on money allocation and related logistics!

Coleman Walsh (he/him)

Hi! I'm Coleman, a junior B.S. student double majoring in honors computer science (AI concentration) and honors cognitive science (linguistics specialization) with a minor in neuroscience. Last year I worked as a HenHacks registration intern, and this year I am excited to be heading the committee! Outside of HenHacks, I’m an undergraduate researcher investigating BCI touch rehabilitation, and I provide computational assistance for the Voice & Motor Lab. I am also a Climate Scholar, an Honors College Ambassador, and the treasurer for the UD Club Sailing Team. My favorite part of HenHacks is the way it brings our community together. With computer science feeling like such an individual pursuit as a student first starting out, the event serves to show people the applied, collaborative side of programming, no matter their skill level. I look forward to doing all I can to continue to expand HenHacks, both for UD students and our neighboring universities!

Gavin Caulfield (he/him)

Hi. I am senior studying Computer Science B.S. with a concentration in Cybersecurity and a minor in Dance. This is my 1st year working on HenHacks, and my 4th year working in the department, from being a TA to being a CPUs, and all the more in between! In my free time, I like to play sports and participate in everything and anything music related! I play a few instruments, including drums/percussion, piano, guitar, uke, and more. And for how much I play, I listen to 3x more. Talk to me about music!

I’m a Senior majoring in Computer Science with a concentration in Cybersecurity. On campus I am a TA for CISC181, Co-President of CS+SG, an HCI researcher at Sensify Lab, and a member of the CPUs. In my free time, I enjoy running and baking. As a member of the Marketing Committee, I am thrilled to help spread the word about this fantastic opportunity. I love seeing students come together, challenge themselves, and create impactful solutions. I was so impressed with last year’s hacks so I can’t wait to see what everyone will come up with this year!

Duy Duc (Dustin) Tran (he/him)

Hi, I'm Dustin! I’m a junior studying computer science with a concentration in AI & Robotics, and I’m the head of the Website committee for HenHacks! This is my second year working with the team, and I absolutely love it here. Outside of class, I'm an undergraduate researcher at The CAR Lab and Sensify Lab, and I’m also a CPUs . On top of that, I stay active in clubs! I founded and co-lead Glitch and Glam, manage social media for CS+SG, and serve as a visionary board member for VSA.

In my free time, I’m all about nature walks and thrift shopping (seriously, come join me sometimes!!). I’m also a total coffee nerd and love Café-hopping. One day, I dream of opening my own cat cafe when I retire from my tech career.

Why do I love HenHacks? It feels like a tight-knit family, and I’ve met some of my best friends here. Plus, being on the organizing team lets you build so many skills while having fun and hanging out together. I can’t wait to see how HenHacks turns out this year!
